Shipping & Returns
Please note that shipping cost displayed in our online store is an estimate and may be adjusted to match the actual shipping cost when your order is processed, especially for overseas orders outside of North America. In case of increased shipping cost adjustments you will be notified and may decide to pay the difference or cancel the order. Shipping costs displayed online are usually accurate and often we do decide to cover the cost of additional fees in shipping, although we have no obligation to do so. Some items contain free shipping options, in which case the shipping cost is paid by us.
Shipping Cost to the Continental United States of America is approximately $10 for an order. We offer a 30 days return policy on most of our unused products, not including the Vitalizer Plus and the supplements manufactured by Atrium Innovation brands ( Pure Encapsulation, Genestra, Douglas Laboratory, Unda, Klean Athlete, Seroyal and Wobenzym). Some special items may have different return policies.
.Shipping costs are not refunded when a product is returned.
Atrium Innovation (Pure Encapsulation, Genestra, Douglas Laboratory, Unda, Klean Athlete, Seroyal and Wobenzym brands) all sales are final.
The Vitalizer Plus machine we are selling is brand new, but it is sold as-is. The manufactore (Vortex Water Technology) does not accept any return and does not provide any warranty.
